Together, we assess, treat, and support each of our patients from, at most times, debilitating orthopedic conditions, through their healing and recovery. What to expect

As a new patient, you will complete online forms prior to your Initial Visit, so that we can gather an extensive and accurate snapshot of your health history. Your Initial Visit is a 1-hour, thorough functional assessment and therapeutic session with our Chiropractic Physician. At this visit, you will deep dive into your current conditions and receive a full therapy session. At this visit, Dr. Nick will help you understand the therapies, durations, and overall care plan needed to get you out of your current acute situation into a place of maintenance care. This is different for everyone, and so many factors contribute to how each patient heals and recovers under our care. The important thing is that you trust in our team and contribute to your recovery by adhering to our recommendations and "homework", assuring your healing time is as short as realistically possible. Follow-up appointment in Boca Raton FL

Follow-up appointment duration and types will vary for each patient. Our Chiropractor and Athletic Trainer collaborate to address orthopedic conditions thoroughly, and you will generally see them both individually over the first few months of care, depending on your conditions and goals. Typically, after your initial appointment we suggest between 2-4 manual therapy sessions alongside your chiropractic adjustments to address deep, chronic issues. Once chronic issues are being well managed, most patients transition into maintenance care which generally means you come in when you need us on your schedule. Most of our patients take incredible accountability for their care and stay regular at our facility. Once maintenance status is achieved, most patients come in weekly or bi-weekly to receive maintenance adjustments, manual therapy, acupuncture, or functional training. We are always here to make our recommendations and design care plans that you can just plug into and show up for. However, we take great pride in educating our patients and empowering them to make the best decisions for themselves regarding what care they need and how often they need it.

Our facility does not accept insurance. We are considered an "Out-of-Network Provider". This means we will collect payment in full at the time of service directly from the patient. We accept cash, checks, debit, credit cards, and HSA cards. If you are seeking to receive our care with assistance from your health insurance provider, you will need to reach out to them on your own to understand what out-of-network benefits are available to you. We will supply your "Super-bills" upon request, which you can send in to your insurance company to attempt reimbursements on your own.
